This document is not intended to replace or supercede any existing standards documents. Instead, this document is intended to summarize the most important elements of existing standards, provide an
introduction for new users, and provide pointers to more detailed guidance available elsewhere. The document outlines best practices for collection to ensure the images captured are suitable for Facial Recognition system use.
